Going-there (GT) is the Destination Services Provider business of GT Global, a British registered company that is proud to be leader in its market as well as a certified 'Women Owned' operation. The business delivers personal services in over 150 cities, worldwide, to employees and their families being relocated by their employers. Going-there has its own proprietary Business Management System (BMS) for the control and management of all its operational services; the BMS is thus central and critical to all its operations. Due to changes in requirements, particularly security and development services, it became necessary to relocate the hosting and support for the BMS. An extensive review of available services in the UK was undertaken to identify at least three potentially suitable IT organisations with interest in taking on the role. The top three organisations were then evaluated in some detail and 'wirebox' came out as first choice. Negotiations with wirebox were thorough and constructive throughout and swiftly led to the contract being signed. Wirebox proved fully to have been a good choice. They are always readily accessible, competent, cooperative, responsive, intelligent and constructive in providing support and advice. Their staff display competence in their roles and in working together as a team, being solutions rather than activity driven. We are looking forward to the future when GT embarks on the next phase of business systems development, including having our BMS using more up to date and advanced technology. We engaged Wirebox to overhaul our SwimEasy Ltd Booking system and database back in 2022. Andrew, John and the team have been excellent and very patient with our team as we have extremely complex needs. SwimEasy now have an updated the bespoke booking system that is industry leading for Swimming lessons. They system has the ability to automate online payments, acts as a control centre for pool managers and centralises our constantly moving and evolving programme. The complexity of such systems simply can not be bought "off the shelf" so it has given our company a strategic advantage. However it is the ongoing support that we are very thankful for. The system continues to evolve and our needs change, but the team at Wirebox are always quick to support. We see this relationship as a long term partnership that strengthens our balance sheet as a company from both a software and support viewpoint.
