Zest Lifestyle approached Wirebox with the goal of transforming their workplace wellbeing expertise into a digital platform that organisations could deliver to employees anywhere.

Zest had built a strong reputation helping businesses support employee health through coaching, workshops and wellbeing initiatives. However, delivering these services in person limited how widely their knowledge could be shared.

The aim of the project was to create Zestify, a web application that would give employees continuous access to expert wellbeing guidance, tools and resources through a simple and engaging digital experience.

Creating a Digital Platform for Employee Wellbeing_

The challenge was to translate Zest Lifestyle’s practical approach to health and wellbeing into a scalable online platform without losing the personal and supportive nature of their services.

The platform needed to:

• Provide employees with on-demand wellbeing resources
• Present content in an easy-to-navigate and engaging interface
• Deliver guidance based on Zest’s five pillars of vitality – sleep, eat, move, think and pause
• Support organisations rolling the platform out across large teams
• Be built with a flexible architecture capable of evolving as the platform grows

The result needed to feel accessible and supportive, rather than overwhelming users with complex health information.

Designing the Zestify Platform_

Working closely with the Zest team, Wirebox helped define the platform structure, user journeys and technical architecture required to deliver the Zestify product.

The platform was designed as a central hub for workplace wellbeing, providing employees with curated resources and programmes created by Zest’s experts.
