Bulgin have been working with Wirebox for over 3 years, Wirebox developed the Bulgin website which contained a number of innovative features.

Bulgin required a system for their thousands of distributors which would:

• Deliver the latest training material on Bulgin products through video
• Testing distributors on Bulgin products by answering a series of questions
• Latest product documentation
• Download the latest products.

our approach_

Wirebox needed to design a Learning Management System that would be user friendly, intuitive to the users. It needed to be simple to use and engaging, to promote and encourage the system to be used at all times.

Within 8 weeks, Wirebox developed:

• Distributor portal with training videos
• Questionnaires to test distributors knowledge
• Multi country/region user system to allow distributors to add users in different sectors.
• Multi language for distributors in different countries.
• Downloadable Product feeds for distributors to import into their ecommerce platform

Wirebox developed a Learning Management System using the framework Laravel and different users were able to manage different aspects of permissions, visibility and reporting of the data within.

The Learning Management System allowed Bulgin to:

• Distribute the latest training material on Bulgin products to the entire Distributor Network
• Bulgins and distributor admins were able to test their workforce on Bulgin products based on a series of questionnaires.
• Downloadable feeds for Bulgin products

The feedback from Bulgin and their Distributors was very positive. The Learning Management System allowed the distributor to learn all the information on Bulgin products for their customers.

It saved Bulgin having to continually send different information to their distributors, instead have the portal to view everything.

The Learning Management System is so successful we are continuing to develop new features.
